By booking a Reiki course, session, or training with me, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
All payments are strictly non-refundable.
This policy exists to honor the time, preparation, and energy invested in creating and holding sacred space for each student. Once a booking is made, your place is reserved and resources are allocated — therefore refunds cannot be issued under any circumstances.
Students are expected to arrive on time and be present for the full duration of each session.
Late arrivals will result in reduced session time.
Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations or no-shows with less than 24 hours’ notice will count as a completed session.
All courses and sessions must be completed within [X months] of purchase.
Unused sessions beyond this period will expire.
The teacher reserves the right to end the training if a student consistently fails to attend, disrespects the process, or engages in behavior misaligned with Reiki principles.
In such cases, the no-refund policy still applies.
Reiki is a complementary practice and is not a substitute for medical treatment or professional healthcare.
Students and clients are responsible for their own health decisions.
Entering the premises where Reiki sessions or trainings are held is at your own risk.
The teacher is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or loss of personal property that may occur on the premises.
All personal information and experiences shared during training are treated with respect and confidentiality.
Students are expected to engage with respect, openness, and sincerity throughout their training.
The teacher commits to providing a safe, supportive, and respectful learning environment.
