NickToon Landing is such a monumental undertaking that it is divided into 3 'sub-lands' with crossover themes. Town Wood City, Ocean Bottom Beach, and The Smashing Home of Jellyfield. These sub-lands coincide with the themes from the respective crossover shows, and seek to provide some form of cohesion in an otherwise purposefully chaotic environment. 

While intended to be blue sky in terms of its crossover potential, NickToon Landing still holds the value of realism when it comes to land availability. Each attraction, restaurant, and shop has been meticulously measured to ensure it fits within the former Suess Landing and The Lost Continent locations, with many of the facilities using the same footprints as before to ensure their proper placement.
