Χαίρετε! I am Dr. Nikolaos Samaras.

I am a Greek post-doctoral researcher in the University of Ottawa, in Ontario, Canada. My interests focus on the phenomenology of Dark Matter and Dark Energy and how these could be explained in alternative cosmological scenarios.

I have successfully defended my Ph.D. thesis on the 27th of August 2025, in Prague, CZ. The topic of my doctoral degree was cosmological simulations in the context of Modified Newtonian Dynamics (MOND).
