For this assignment, I had to use a online web tool called Diagrams.net and create my own personalized success mind map. I chose to create a goal that was associated with my personal life and my success mind map focuses on how to improve my gym performance.
One lesson that I learned when making my success map diagram is the importance of organization and hierarchy. When first creating a goal it can sometimes feel like its impossible to reach or that it contains to many parts. However, by breaking the goal down into subsections and then into individual task it makes your goal much more easy to manage. For example, my goal of improving my gym performance can seem overwhelming as theres many different factors that play into your gym performance, however by creating a hierarchy and breaking down my goal into individual parts I am to address smaller task such as having a set bedtime of 10:00pm which will help to contribute to the subsection of improved sleep, and the overall goal of improving my gym performance.
