Scholarships

Eligibility:  Students who are members in good standing of the Granite State FFA and who are pursuing or intending to pursue their education beyond high school with a major in the broad area of agriculture or forestry

Eligibility:  Any current or recent New Hampshire FFA member who will be attending a school or college beyond high school this fall, and majoring in agriculture, home economics, or related fields are eligible.  Selection will be based on FFA participation, career goals, and financial need.

Eligibility:  Students with a strong SAE and who understand their project’s impact on their future career in an agriculturally related field. Applicants must be active in their local FFA chapter and reside within the seven states Farm Credit East serves.

Eligibility:  High school seniors enrolled in agriculture education horticulture classes that will be attending a two- or four-year college program related to the landscape industry or College students already enrolled in two- or four-year landscape related majors

Deadline: December 31

Eligibility:  horticulture students at the Thompson School at UNH, the Stockbridge School at the U. Mass, and NHTI. Must demonstrate an interest in the field of horticulture by satisfactorily completing the equivalent of at least two semesters of full time college level study in a related field and hold a 3.0 GPA.

Deadline: November 1

Eligibility:  Candidates must graduate from high school and be enrolled in a post secondary school. Must be continuing school in an agricultural, biology, and/or honey bee related field. Must be a member of a NH bee club or an immediate dependent of a member of a NH bee club.

Deadline: May 1

Eligibility:  Awards are available to the residents of the New England States and Eastern New York State where the New England Sheep and Wool Growers have an appointed director, to students who themselves or families are members of NES&WGA, or to students who have exhibited at the Northeast Youth Sheep Show. Student must have completed one year of his or her undergraduate studies or be enrolled in graduate school.
