As the National FFA Organization works toward its vision of growing leaders, building communities and strengthening agriculture, the need for a strong talent pipeline for agriculture has never been more important. FFA seeks to develop students who are equipped with the knowledge and skills to succeed during their time in the blue jacket and beyond.
Providing industry-relevant content and curriculum is always at the forefront of our minds as we develop state-level leaders within the organization. Each year, approximately 375 state FFA officers bring the National FFA Organization’s mission to life through their interactions with more than 760,000 FFA members. These high-caliber FFA members are chosen among their peers, in each state, to lead their state FFA associations for a yearlong term.
