The Newport County Sheriff’s Civil Office processes all paperwork for courts, attorney offices, prosecutors’ offices, and general public, including but not limited to subpoenas, summons, civil protection orders, and secret indictments; receipts and records money for civil and criminal dockets.

Record request do cost money to receive. Contact our front desk or walk in and ask for the record, there's no 100 percent guarantee that you will receive the record. You will also have to go through a background check before getting the records.
