Sheriff, Jayson A. Harris

Jayson was born in River Bend Village, NR in 1980. After high school he join the US army as a US Army Police Officer. After 5 years Jayson Decided to  join the Newport County Sheriff's Office. Jayson was sworn in as a Deputy II (D2). Over the years he worked his way up to Major. In 2024 , after 10 years in the sheriff's office, Major Jayson Harris ran for Sheriff and won the vote by 98%
