Term 4
The P3/4 class have been learning about life in the past. They have been developing their technology skills and making some toys from the past—a thaumatrope and a aerobatic monkey!
They too got to experience the RJ tyre service demonstration and PC Bellamy to develop their ‘developing the young workforce’ topic.
Term 3
The P3/4 class have thoroughly enjoyed Forest School sessions with Mr Tal Haim over the last few weeks, exploring our garden area in school grounds, building bug houses, shelters and making a fire. We have thought a lot about the three ‘Woodland Wishes’: to be kind and respectful to ourselves, to others and to nature.
P3/4 have also had a trip to the Kingussie Fire Station for their Developing the Young Workforce topic, to learn about firefighters and what is involved in their job. We had a visit from Reverend Rob to explain what is involved in his role and how he works supporting our community.
