Technically this was my "first" foray into craft beers. Thanks to their retail shop in St. John's it was among the first such beers I had experienced. I guess both Quid Vidi and Yellow Belly preceded Port Rexton but they are much larger in scale. I have tried many of their beers both in cans and in growlers. I prefer their T-Rex Porter but have enjoyed several others.

It did take a while for us to visit the Port Rexton location. It was during Day 2 of our late summer beer tour that we got out for a tasting. We tried a flight of beers and to be quite honest never found any to be particularly appealing. As much can be said by Oh My Cheeses which were set up at their location.
