Bootleg Brew Co.

Our first visit to the Bootleg Brew Co. was during the weekend of September 21-22, 2018. My wife and I made two visits to their location on 92 West Street while I was in town visiting my mother-in-law. On the first visit (Fri. Sept. 21, 2018) we tried a flight of four of their beers Electric Streal (Sour ISA), Way She Gose (GOSE), Breaker Room (Grisette) and "Rye Is It So Cold Out All of a Sudden" (APA w. Rye). Further descriptions can be found on the picture of their beer board. My wife liked the GOSE enough to order an extra pint. She has found a few Kettle Sours she's liked and the sea salt made this one a winner for her. I personnally liked all four I tried. As usual we picked up some souvenier swag. A black t-shirt for myself, a grey baseball shirt for my son, a pub glass and two growlers (one for my buddy Ed and one for me.) We left and headed to Gitanos where we had some great Tapas and a fun conversation with Dr. Fred French.

We liked our first experience my wife suggested we drop back the next day for another pint. She had a pint of the GOSE and I had a pint of the Electric Streal while we played a game of crib. After our beers we headed to Newfound Sushi and had a feed of Miso soup, Teriyaki Beef stir fry and a ?? sushi roll.
