Getting you ready to plan and complete higher education studies in Europe, in the European Youth Portal you can discover various opportunities to study abroad with Erasmus+ and other EU programmes. Both the official EU website and the Europass portal give useful info about scholarships and fundings.
Europass supports those planning to study or complete training in another EU country, to present qualifications (a degree, diploma or proof of vocational training) to an education and training institution. The Europass portal offers a check-list of tips and information that can help to get qualification recognised and study abroad.
Erasmus+ is the EU's programme supporting education, training, youth and sport in Europe. Erasmus+ helps organise student and doctoral candidate exchanges within countries fully part of the Erasmus+ programme and to and from countries associated to Erasmus+. students at short-cycle, Bachelor and Master levels and Doctoral candidates who registered in a higher education institution that participates in the Erasmus+ programme/ enrolled in studies leading to a recognised degree or tertiary-level qualification can apply. Mobility can be short term, long term for a 12 months within one study cycle maximum total duration. ErasmusIntern.org provides an integrated market place that aims at bringing together internship providers and students seeking an internship opportunity abroad.

The EU promotes apprenticeships through the European Alliance for Apprenticeships (EAfA). Through the Youth Guarantee, you can have access to an apprenticeship. Erasmus+ can sponsor your training abroad. EURES can help you find an apprenticeship in a new country.
The European Apprentices Network (EAN) is a network of apprentices at European level, established in 2017 to make sure that the voice of young apprentices is heard in discussions related to vocational education and training (VET), in particular apprenticeships. The EAN was set up by the European Youth Forum and OBESSU, with the support of the European Commission
The network of the European Employment Services (EURES) offers a service / resource called Targeted Mobility Scheme. It offers dedicated support from national employment services for people seeking work, training or apprenticeships in another EU country, Norway or Iceland. On a fair basis, it tackles the needs of jobseekers to remove mobility obstacles. It helps employers in these countries who are looking for motivated and qualified workers. Available support includes funding to cover things like language courses, getting your qualifications recognised, travel and subsistence expenses.

The EUROPASS platform provides a tool - Find a Course - which allows searching for study and training possibilities as well as details about certain certification or degree. Information can be searched for by keywords, country, EQF level and thematic area. Currently: learning opportunities from the following countries are made available: Austria, Belgium(nl), Bulgaria, France, Germany, Iceland, Ireland, Latvia, Malta, Norway, Serbia, Slovenia, Sweden. Information from other countries will be progressively made available.
