Section 7:
Step 5 - Summative Evaluation and Post-Evaluation Conference

Section 7 provides course participants with an overview of Step 5 of the NEPF Evaluation Cycle: Summative Evaluation and Post Evaluation Conference.

To complete this section:

1. Read the Summative Evaluation and Post-Evaluation Cycle.

2. Review the Teacher Instructional Practice Standards and Professional Responsibilities Standards rubrics and/or the School Administrator Instructional Leadership Standards and Professional Responsibilities Standards rubrics (school administrators are encouraged to review both). When reviewing the rubrics, pay attention to the Indicator descriptors, mandatory and confirmatory evidence for each Indicator, the description/notes for each Indicator, and the performance levels for each Standard/Indicator.

3. Review the NEPF Descriptor Key Words (Admin: NEPF Descriptor Key Words).

4. Demonstrate your understanding by completing the Section 7 Quiz.
