Course Overview

This self-paced course, along with the Nevada Educator Performance Framework School Administrator and Teacher Protocols, is designed to support educators in their understanding of the Nevada Educator Performance Framework (NEPF) Administrator Instructional Leadership and Professional Responsibilities Standards. 

Course Learning Objectives

At the conclusion of this course, participants will:

• Identify the Instructional Leadership Standards and Indicators

• Identify the Professional Responsibilities Standards and Indicators

• Identify evidence (mandatory and confirmatory) of practice

• Differentiate between different performance levels

Course Expectations 

Each section is estimated to take approximately 45-60 minutes. Each section will require you to pass a quiz with a minimum score to demonstrate mastery of the content. Throughout this course, participants are expected to:

• Read all posted and linked documents

• Download and save provided resources for future use 

• Complete all quizzes

Professional Learning Hours

At the conclusion of this course, Nevada educators may be eligible to receive 3 hours of Professional Learning to fulfill State licensure renewal requirements. You will be emailed a certificate of completion.
