Section 1 provides course participants with the history of the Nevada Educator Performance Framework and provides a brief overview of both the teacher and school administrator frameworks.

To complete this section:

1. Read the Introduction to the NEPF.

2. Review the Glossary for the definition of any unfamiliar terms.

3. Review the Teacher Framework.

4. Review the School Administrator Framework.

5. Demonstrate your understanding by completing the Section 1 Quiz.
