This allows the CMA time to collate reports to DELWP.
To enable the CMA to meet the reporting requirements to DELWP, we need to provide a report in January. This means that all the Group Projects need to be completed and reported by December.
However - the vast majority of the reporting is based on the Spatial Data - ie the Mapping Portal data. So, if there are issues with getting the reporting templates done in time, the most critical data we need is the mapping data entered by end of December. If this is complete, the Final Report forms are less time critical.
If you are not sure which Grant needs reporting, see spreadsheet below with the full list of grants.
The Landcare Grant Reporting Templates are on the CMA website on the following page:
CMA Grant Reporting Page or use these direct download links.
NE Landcare Grant Maintenance/Start Up Grant Report Form
NE Landcare Project Grant Report Form
These forms are the ones which need to be signed by the groups, and are now basically just an expenditure report - since correctly supplied mapping data has 90% of the information required for regional reporting.
Note that the Project Reporting requires the on ground works to be recorded on the CMA Mapping Portal - refer to instructions bottom of the page.
If you need to find the project ID and funding codes to use for reporting in the Mapping Portal or Landmates, please see the Project List spreadsheet here.
Groups which have projects funded through the Victorian Landcare Program, including the Victorian Landcare Grants and Victorian Landcare Facilitator Program need to use the appropriate logos and recognition on all publications and promotional materials.
The Victorian Landcare Program Branding Guide details the correct styling and placement of logos. Please refer to this guide for any publications.
The Logos to Copy-Paste is a Word document for downloading, with the main logos already placed and spaced ready for copying and pasting into low resolution documents.
The Drive Logos Folder has all the approved VLP and Vic Govt logos in jpeg, png and eps formats for various publication methods. You can download just the ones you need, or use the Download All link to get everything.
If you wish, you can download the full package of guide and logos from the Victorian Landcare Gateway resource page.
The Healthy Catchments Information Kit provides landholders with the tools to manage their own land improvement projects, ensuring long term resilience, relevant knowledge and skills for successful project outcomes.
