Drive has a range of useful tools that can be used to help with project management and events, including commonly used templates for Forms, Docs and Sheets.
Like all other components of Drive, each item can be shared with others, published, or downloaded into other formats
Some groups have started to use Drive Docs for digital meetings, where all the business of a regular meeting is undertaken via Docs.

The Google Forms that are part of Drive allow you to use pre-designed template forms, and edit these to suit your needs.
All the Forms can be set to record the information on a Spreadsheet, which you can share with other users to view or edit.
Forms can be embedded into web pages or emails, and set to send an email when submitted.
To see the available Form Templates use the Forms Template Gallery.
To get to the Gallery from Drive, click on the New > (More...) > Form > From Template. When you're in a file Click File > New > From template. Then select the Template Gallery link to open the Gallery.
