On modern multi-standard CB radios (27 MC transmitters), these country codes represent the specific European frequency and power settings (standards). This is what the codes you mentioned mean:
EU: Europe – 40 FM channels (4 watts) and 40 AM channels (4 watts). This is the most widely used standard in most European countries.
PL: Poland – 40 AM/FM channels (4 watts), but the frequencies are 5 kHz lower (ending in a '0' instead of a '5', also known as "the zeros").
IN: India (or San Marino with some brands) – 27 or 40 AM/FM channels with specific local limits.
