A CB repeater network links citizen's band (27 MHz / 27MC) radio signals over large distances, often using the internet to connect different stations across the country. 

How a CB Repeater Network Works

• Local Transmit/Receive: A local station or gateway receives a 27MC signal and retransmits it.

Internet Linking: Many modern networks tie these local receiver/transmitter nodes together via the internet so that audio on one node broadcasts across the entire network

But for years this hasn't gotten off the ground. It's always the same repeaters for years.

The vision of the NED November Echo Delta is ISW with other CB clubs (Groups) and their members. Why not build an international network?

There are so many CB operators worldwide; if we all set up a repeater on FM, AM, USB, and LSB, we can create a new future, even in the event of a blackout.  That NCBR National CB Repeater NL group hasn't gotten off the ground for years, nothing new, and the previous owner (WRLP) quit and didn't get anything done. Also, the one-sided bigwigs within WRLP & NCBR don't think things through.
They are completely stubborn and think they can run the repeater via the internet. A nice IDEA with a huge fatal flaw. No internet during a blackout. Repeaters shouldn't just be Simplex, but a pair of two.

1- Blackout: Internet and phone offline. Repeater doesn't work. 2- Two-way (Duo Plex) yes (Not dependent on the Internet.
If No. 1 is down, then No. 2 works.
The best option is to have all Division and operators run an approved transmitter as a Repeater on FM, AM, LSB, and USB within 40 Channels.

24/7 standby, 7 days a week. That is how a network should work.

This can only be achieved by having many Operators work together to build a Repeater network for CB radio. (VOICE ONLY)
