Like all clubs, the November Echo Delta has basic rules to direct the behaviour of NED members and to ensure our Club’s traditions are maintained.

Anyone who doesn’t follow these rules is held to account. In most cases, it will be a gentle reminder about expectations from HQ via email, but in extreme cases it could result in the termination of a membership. Fortunately, this does not come about very often as most guys respect the rules and history of the club. What does a membership at the November Echo Delta int Dx group cost?
We are a non-commercial group. We are all volunteers. NED November Echo Delta charges no membership fees. It is entirely free; no membership fees are requested or collected. So, membership costs you zero euros / dollars. Only QSL Managers are required to charge a contribution for the application of a Paper NED QSL card, for NED members working via a QSL Manager.
The QSL Manager is personally responsible for all income and taxes. The NED, November Echo Delta int DX group, is separate from QSL Manager members. The QSL Manager cannot be held liable for income, taxes, etc., within his Rules and Regulations.
This does not mean that a QSL manager can simply demand certain amounts other than what NED November Echo Delta proposes. What is the maximum amount that may be charged for the QSL card contribution? Otherwise, there will be a proliferation of greedy managers. They are not welcome within the NED November Echo Delta int DX group network.

2.1. Always send an email to NED HQ containing the following infos prior to the activity:
Type of activity
QRZ (i.e. Your proposed callsign)
Dates/times of operation
DXstination
Station (i.e. Rig, antenna, dx-cessories, etc.)
Sponsors
Log11DX.COM Logbook system used
NED Log sheet in exel on NED website
QSL Manager & coordinations
Other: Event/contest, / pota / ect accommodation, travel modes, emergency contact number, etc.
2.2 Regular log updates should be sent to the QSL Manager where possible during an activity. In the case of a rare or most wanted IOTA or DXCC then log updates should also be sent to the HQ for publication on the website.
2.3. A DXpedition Report + Proofs (e.g. Copies of airline tickets, videos, photos, etc.) must be sent to the HQ Team no later than 1 week after the activity.
2.4. All QSL cards must be approved by NED HQ. Allowed Classic paper Qsl Cards, Also Eqsl cards Digital only via www.log11dx.com whit high standard Digital qsl system. (all others not allowed)

3.1. No QSOs are permitted on 27.555 MHz USB / LSB(SSB) Or in Digimode as a courtesy to others.
Talking on 27.555 MHz is a No go and Rude It does not mater in mode FM AM LSB(SSB) Or in Digimode.
3.2. Act with gentleman like courtesy on air and observe the highest standards of radio etiquette at all times. Similar expectations apply to the use of social media (e.g. Instagram, Twitter(x), Facebook Ect ect).
3.3. Always provide standard contribution and a SAE or address label when sending for a QSL Clasic Paper card.

3.4. NED Members who work activations by fellow members are expected to send for the Paper QSL card as a show of support.
3.5. “CQ Contest” calls on any call frequency must contain a QSY and be spaced appropriately to enable the frequency to be used by other operators.
3.6. No callsigns are to appear on the envelope when sending a QSL.
3.7. Do not cause QRM on any call frequency by whistling and/or shouting to tune your radio.
3.8. Listen carefully to see if the frequency is clear or in use.
4.0. Do I need to operate on 27 MHz to have membership with the NED(November Echo Delta )?
4.1. Answer: Yes. How much time you spend there and where you choose to operate within range 26-27 MHz is your choice.
4.2. Inform yourself in your own country What the Rules & Regulations are For the use of a CB Radio, and Assigned Frequency. Maximum Transmit Powers, Which Modes You May Use Within the Permitted Spectrum. Example: FM, AM, USB, LSB, Digimode. Every country in this world has its own legislation and Rules and Regulations regarding the use of transmitting equipment within a frequency range.
4.3. Germany and England are exceptions.
This is so illogical due to local land legislation. While Germany (EU) and England (UK) are allowed to use 80 CB channels in FM, AM, LSB, and USB (SSB), everything above Channel 40 (27.405 MHz) is prohibited in the rest of Europe. More than 40 channels, Channel 1 (26.965 MHz) to 40 (405 MHz), is outdated and utterly crooked due to certain local legislation in the country. Germany and England enjoy the entire CB radio spectrum from Channel 1 (26.965 MHz) to the 27.959 MHz range. Welcome to a chaotic and ridiculous Europe, where there is no unity or freedom whatsoever in EU regulations over local regulations. One country is allowed, the other is not. This is unacceptable. Equal treatment for all. Either all EU countries have 8 channels, or they don't. This is a form of discrimination against the country and its inhabitants.

If you encounter problems due to illegal use of transmitting equipment (not approved) or by transmitting illegal frequencies, this also includes transmitting illegally with a CB Ned Calling on a HAM radio band. 5.0. PMR and NED November Echo Delta. Rules
5.1. under section 4.0. 4.2. Local Law and Regulation, In medicine, PMR stands for polymyalgia rheumatica, commonly known as muscle rheumatism. Every country worldwide has its own legislation and regulations regarding the use of frequency range and transmission power. You are permitted to use your power and frequency. You cannot be held responsible for any misuse. Ned November Echo Delta cannot be held liable. You yourself are responsible for the use of equipment, transmission power, and frequencies within the PMR spectrum, whether you reside in your own country or are a guest there.

A- Optional Yes, you may use this if you wish. or Nickname use what you want.

C- if you are oudside your Country and a Guest in other country then use Callsings
