Coastal Resilience Planning
This page is still under construction...
New England communities continue to lead the nation in developing coastal and climate adaptation plans. This project strives to provide strategies for sharing ideas, strengthening relationships ("networks-to-networks" and "bridges-to-bridges"), and bringing these plans into action.
Organizations:
Following are some organizations in New Hampshire and Maine preparing for coastal change.

(click arrows for more)One goal of this project is to link climate change and coastal planning networks across northern New England. The aim is to share successful examples of adaptation strategies, especially those that provide additional socio-ecological benefits, as well as to provide guidance for navigating the growing trove of information, toolkits, trainings, and organizations dedicated to climate and coastal adaptation response. We also hope to link scientific research and education initiatives with coastal adaptation planning.
