Hello everyone 👋!

I’m Minh Nguyen. I’m a water and environmental consultant with almost 15 years of experience working on rivers, cities, and energy projects across Vietnam and the region. My background is in hydrology and water management, but over the years, I’ve expanded into environmental and social impact assessment, climate resilience, and strategic planning.

From the Mekong Delta Regional Plan to renewable energy projects, I’ve always enjoyed tackling tough problems—how to balance water, people, and nature in real life. Problem-solving is what keeps me motivated: taking something complex, making sense of it, and turning it into clear, practical solutions. That same spirit is behind my new adventure with Narralty Co., Ltd., where I’m experimenting with data and tech to help people make better environmental decisions.

Outside of work, I enjoy playing tennis 🎾, swimming, and keeping up with my son’s endless stream of curious questions. Sports keep me grounded and remind me that balance is just as important in life as water! I’m not much of a book person, but a few that I’ve found to be my favorites—and can comfortably read again—are A history of the Vietnamese, Sapiens, and Norwegian Wood.

My goal is not just to grow as a technical specialist, but to become someone who brings people together—engineers, ecologists, planners, and communities—to tackle big challenges. I aim to carry curiosity, teamwork, and clear communication into every project I take on.
