Refund policy

For each refund that will be made by the NDIP Tennis Club, a fee of $5 will be deducted from the total amount to cover administration costs, except if payment has not been made yet.

If you cancel the tennis any lesson before the start of lesson, the refund for the lesson will be 100% and the annual subscription 100% if no other lesson have been taken during the period from January 1 to December 31 of the current year minus $5 administration fees. Otherwise the annual subscription will not be refunded.

If you cancel the tennis lesson during the first half or half of the lesson, the refund for the lesson will at 50%.

If you cancel the tennis lesson in the second half of the lesson, there will be no refund.

If the NDIP Tennis Club has to cancel a session for any reason beyond its control, and this, before the start of the lessons, the lesson will be refunded at 100% and the annual subscription at 100% also only if no other lessons was followed during the period from January 1 to December 31 of the current year. Otherwise the annual subscription will not be refunded.

If the NDIP Tennis Club has to cancel a session for any reason beyond its control, during the lessons, the reimbursement will be in proportion to the lessons obtained including the annual subscription also only if no other lesson has been taken during the period of January 1 to December 31 of the current year. Otherwise the annual subscription will not be refunded.

The NDIP Tennis Club reserves the right to reimburse, pro rata to the season, the annual subscription in the event of an exceptional situation.
