Refund policy

For each reimbursement that will be made by the NDIP Tennis Club, a fee of $ 5 ($10 if payment was made by credit card or PayPal) may be deducted from the total amount to cover administration costs, unless payment has not yet been made, or in the event of an exceptional situation. .

If the Club has to cancel one of its tennis leagues before the start of the session, the reimbursement of the course will be 100% and the annual subscription 100% unless one of the members (family) to benefit from one of the following services : courses, leagues, tournaments or meetings, during the period of the annual subscription. Then, the annual subscription will not be refunded.

If the NDIP Tennis Club has to cancel one of its leagues for any reason beyond its control, during the season, the reimbursement will be pro-rated for the remaining periods to be played including the annual subscription.

If the member cancels a tennis league for medical reasons, the reimbursement of the league will be made in proportion to the periods remaining to be played.

For singles leagues, if the member has played one game or less for two consecutive blocks, the player will be kicked out of the league and no refund will be issued.

The NDIP Tennis Club reserves the right to reimburse, pro rata to the season, the annual subscription in the event of an exceptional situation.
