Job Description

As the Tech Specialist, you are a member of the Catholic School Council (CSC), who will update the school council and used uniform google sites calendar and workspaces, help manage used uniforms Facebook group,  support Square connections for any CSC fund raising initiatives including the Used Uniform Sale, upload the approved school council meeting minutes, and work with the chair and co-chair on any technology based needs.

Responsibilities

• Help with technology needs for Square.

• Update the Used Uniform and School Council website (Google Sites) as needed.

• Connect Used Uniform Coordinator to their generic email.

• Help the Used Uniform Coordinator with the ND Used Uniforms for Sale Facebook Group

• Monitor School Council email and forward information as needed.

• Manage QR Codes.

• Work with Chair and Co-Chairs on online presence and documentation for various events.

• Printing pricing labels for Used Uniform Sale and name tags for CSC

Time Allotment for Role

• Total ~15-20 hours per year.

• 30 minutes every few weeks to prepare documents for the website or for open house or any other initiative.

• Communications with Catholic School - 10 mins a month plus CSC meetings (approx 2 hours one evening four to five times a year.

Requirements

• Intermediate knowledge of Google Workspace and Facebook Groups

• Love of technology and helping others with technology
