該指南為學生提供有關成員學校的規則，建議和其他信息。 慾在海外其他成員學校學習的學生，請在申請前仔細閱讀本指南，以決定要進入哪所大學學習。 同時，建議學生與本校現任指導教授充分討論此學學習規劃。

This guidebook provides students with information regarding rules, advices and other data in member schools. Students who intend to study in other member schools overseas are requested to read this guidebook carefully to decide which university to study in before applying. Students are also advised to discuss sufficiently with his/her current supervising professors.

有意申請該學程的學生，最好已修完水產科學或與在水產領域/與水產相關的人類活動領域的科學/技術科目，並獲得學士學位。所受教育可促進英語溝通、對全球事務中科學技術問題的理解，以及對外國文化的理解。

A student who wants to apply for the Programme shall, preferably, have studied the fisheries science or sciences/technologies on the aquatic fields or human activities relevant to the aquatic fields at the level of Bachelor degree, and have received sufficient education to foster communication in the English language and understanding of scientific and technological matters in global issues and for enhancement of understanding foreign culture
