FRYSC Coordinator Orientation
Pre-requisites for Attendance
You are required to attend one of the two live, virtual, Infinite Campus Basics sessions prior to attending NCO. You will be able to select your preferred session day and time during the registration process. Please select only one.
NCO pre-requisites that you need to complete at your convenience:
Safe Home Visits: Coordinators must watch the videos and complete the 3-2-1 reflection form
Tracking Training In FRYSC Counts: Coordinators must watch the video and complete the 3-2-1 reflection form.
Advisory Council Basics: Coordinators must watch the video, then complete and pass the quiz.
Win/Win Communication: Coordinators must take the test and find out what their communication style is.
Coordinators must have all pre-requisites completed before attending NCO. If you have not finished the assignments, you will be asked to complete them before you can join the NCO sessions.
It’s time to register for Returning Coordinator Orientation (RCO) and Standards of Quality Certification. All sessions are presented virtually.
Returning Coordinator Orientation (RCO) is a one-day session, and there is only one option when registering.
Tuesday, March 26th
All Standards of Quality Sessions Have Closed
Standards of Quality Certification is a two-day session, and you have three options to choose from when registering (you will only need to select one).
Wednesday, March 13th–Thursday, March 14th (the deadline to register for this session will be Monday, February 19th).
Wednesday, March 20th–Thursday, March 21st (the deadline to register for this session will be Monday, February 26th).
Wednesday, March 27th–Thursday, March 28th (the deadline to register for this session will be Monday, March 4th).
Please be sure to update your calendar to reflect the Returning Coordinator Orientation (RCO) date and the Standards of Quality Certification session dates you select.
When registering, please enter your correct email address, as this is the email address we will use for future communication. Likewise, be sure to enter your correct physical mailing address. This is the address we will use to mail any training materials. These materials cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box, so please enter a physical address where you can safely receive packages. The standards manuals need to be ordered by the deadline of each session so we can make sure they get to everyone on time. Additional information, including a Zoom link, will be sent to the email used in registration closer to the date of the sessions.
