Registration Fee: There is a $100 registration fee for new coordinators. The registration fee helps cover the increased costs of hosting in-person training events, specifically for food, beverage, and AV. We have kept this registration fee as low as possible while still affording us the ability to provide a quality training event. You will receive an invoice at the end of registration that can be forwarded to your school district finance department so payment can be processed. You do not have to have a P.O. number to officially register. It can be done without one. If a P.O. number is available, enter it. If a P.O. number is not available, you can leave it blank. Provide the name of your school district in the designated space labeled "Company." If you are attending Core Components Only, there is no registration fee.
Room Reservations: A block of hotel rooms has been reserved if you need one. You should make your arrangements with the hotel under this reserved block before or on September 9th. The base room rate per night is $145.00. The total room rate per night, inclusive of everything, with Kentucky state sales tax, is $168.30, and without Kentucky state sales tax, it is $158.77.
To have the KY state sales tax removed, a KY state sales tax exemption certificate must be provided, and the room must be paid with a district credit card or district check. Personal cards or cash that is going to be used for reimbursement can't be used with the KY state sales tax exemption. Your finance department should be able to provide you with a copy of their KY state sales tax exemption certificate if you plan to use one.
The hotel DOES NOT accept a PO.
You may pay using a district check.
You may pay using a district credit card.
You may pay using a personal credit/debit card or cash, then be reimbursed by your school district.
Consult with your school district's finance department to determine the best option for you. We want to avoid any confusion for anyone at check-in. Everyone with a hotel reservation will need a credit card and an ID at check-in. Any incidental charges to your room (movies, room service, internet fees, damage, extra cleaning fee, etc.) will be applied to the credit card you provide at check-in. The hotel cancellation policy is 24 hours before arrival for all confirmed reservations. You can make your reservation by phone or by using the booking link. Both are provided below.
