Our first meeting of the year was held at the Greater Cleveland County Baptist Association. Our program was given by Membership Chair Lisa May and was on recognizing members for their contributions and years of service in DKG. We also celebrated together our Chapter's 12th Birthday!

Greater Cleveland County Baptist Association on February 3rd, 2024
NC DKG State President Hilda Parler attended our Chapter Meeting and spoke about her biennium theme of "Recruit, Retain, and Recognize". Also as a chapter we had a service project and brought in items to help with the mission of the GCCBA. Alpha Epsilon Chapter asked at this meeting to merge with our chapter.

We had Installation of New Officers for the 2024-2026 biennium at this May 7th, 2024 meeting. New Officers are Patty Smith (President), Bendatra McDowell (VP), Christina Thompson (Secretary) Stephanie Hinson (Treasurer) and Connie Savell (Parliamentarian).

Induction of our Chapter's 1st Collegiate Member, Mary Catherine May, was held this evening. We met in Gaffney, SC at the home of our Chapter President Stephanie Hinson.
Our Ceremony Table with candles and red roses is pictured above along with our Membership Book.
Members Lisa May and her daughter Mary Catherine May are now both serving in Delta Tau!

Our meeting was held at the District Office. Bendatra, Ann, and Stephanie pose for a photo.

Treat Bags were made by Connie Savell and handed out to members that are still actively working in the school setting.

Chapter Members enjoyed the program from Dr. Rhonda Hager, our Region X Regional Director.
