The catering manager at Make the Moment, a semi-formal wedding venue, wants a training course for new hires focused on how to correctly set tables along with basic serving techniques.
After completing the course, learners would be able to identify the components of a formal place setting and also create a formal place setting containing the proper components.
I create interactive e-learning courses using Articulate Storyline, where learners can drag and drop elements to explore and learn from common mistakes.

In the first step of creating my courses, I plan everything out, I use Miro. It's like a digital canvas where I draw the whole journey a learner will take.
I sketch out each part, showing where learners make choices and what happens next, whether they get it right or make a mistake. It's like creating a map for the course. This visual plan helps me see the big picture and make sure everything fits together.
Miro makes it easy for me to make changes and improvements until I have a clear and exciting plan for the entire learning experience.
Once I've got the plan in Miro, it's time for "Storyboarding." I move everything to Word and write down what learners will hear and see. This step includes adding spoken words and creating feedback notes for the interactive parts.
I bring the storyboard to life using Articulate Storyline. I follow the plan I made and add interactive stuff to make learning fun. I use PowerPoint to edit some images and get free pictures from places like Pexels. This step puts everything together, making a cool learning experience for everyone.
