This eLearning course helps customer service teams handle angry customers during the busy holiday season. It focuses on building empathy, resolving complaints, and maintaining professionalism in tough situations.
Learners practice opening and closing calls, identifying root causes, and providing solutions using CRM tools.
I designed this course using Articulate Storyline to create an interactive and engaging learning experience. It includes realistic scenarios, drag and drop activities, and assessments to enhance skills.

When I start creating a course, I begin by planning everything using Miro. It’s a digital workspace where I map out the learner’s journey step by step.
I outline each part of the course, highlighting where learners make decisions and the outcomes of those choices—whether they succeed or encounter a challenge. It’s like designing a roadmap for the course.
After finalizing the plan in Miro, I move on to the "Storyboarding" stage. In this step, I transfer everything to Word and detail what learners will see and hear throughout the course.
I write the narration scripts and include feedback notes for interactive elements. This process ensures every part of the course is clear, engaging, and aligned with the learning goals.
I bring the storyboard to life using Articulate Storyline, turning the plan into an interactive and engaging course. I add activities like clickables and quizzes to make learning fun and hands-on.
To enhance visuals, I edit images in Adobe Illustrator and source free, high-quality pictures from websites like Freepik. This step pulls everything together, creating a polished and enjoyable learning experience for everyone.
