Every generation carries stories worth sharing and
wisdom worth hearing
This year, NATWA-NJ (North America Taiwanese Women's Association – New Jersey Chapter) proudly launched the Bridging Generations (世代同歡) project. By bringing together Taiwanese Americans of different generations, backgrounds, and life experiences, we hope to foster deeper understanding, strengthen connections, and celebrate the richness of our shared heritage.
This website shares our vision, events, and the meaningful moments that unfold throughout the journey.
Every generation carries stories worth sharing and wisdom worth hearing. We warmly invite you and your family to join us in building stronger bonds across generations and creating lasting memories together. ♥️

Every voice matters
We conducted a baseline survey among Taiwanese Americans to better understand how different generations experience stress, family relationships, cultural identity, and connection within our community.
Although the sample size is still relatively small, the preliminary results have already offered valuable insights into where stress may be emerging, what factors may contribute to it, and where communication gaps may exist across generations.
We continue to listen and learn, because every voice matters.
The survey helps us better understand how we, as Taiwanese Americans, see ourselves—and how we experience our relationships with family, culture, and community. As more people participate, we hope to gain a broader and deeper understanding of our community and the experiences we share.
The survey is available in both English and Traditional Chinese.
No personally identifiable information will be collected.
Every response is deeply appreciated. Your voice matters, and your perspective can help us better understand our community and shape the conversations ahead.
