For the Maa Malancha Nature Park in Nala, Jamtara, ticket booking is primarily handled on-site at the entrance gate. Currently, there is no official central website for online entry tickets, as the facility is managed by the local administration and the Forest Department.
Ticket Counter: Located at the main entrance gate in Bhandar Kola.
Estimated Price: ₹10 to ₹20 per person (prices may vary during special events like the Magh Mela).
Boating (Noka Bihar): Tickets for boating are sold separately at the lakeside counter inside the park.
Parking: There is a separate fee for parking two-wheelers and four-wheelers.
If you are looking to stay overnight at the newly developed Malancha Resort, the process is more formal:
Booking Method: Since the park was recently inaugurated (Dec 2025), bookings are typically handled through the Nala Block Administration or the Jamtara Forest Department office.
Direct Inquiries: It is recommended to visit the park office in person or contact local tourism coordinators in Jamtara to check for cottage availability.
Be careful when searching online. Most "online booking" results for Malancha Nature Park point to a private resort in Bardhaman, West Bengal.
Malancha (Bardhaman): Offers online booking on sites like Goibibo or MakeMyTrip.
Maa Malancha (Jamtara/Nala): Does not have online booking on these platforms yet.
If you are visiting during the Magh Mela (January 8th), the park becomes extremely crowded. It is best to arrive early in the morning (by 9:00 AM) to avoid long queues at the physical ticket counter.
