The My Working Environment (MWE) Survey is a global survey distributed to employees to gather insights on 19 key aspects of our culture. These include leadership, values, purpose, physical and digital workplace, inclusion and diversity, well-being, benefits, and more.
Based on the feedback related to the Mobile site, we leverage our Culture MFT members to drive culture change from the ground up through practical, action-driven projects, as outlined below.
Airbus values a Speak Up culture, encouraging employees to voice concerns about ethical behaviors that go against our values. However, team members may hesitate to speak up if they do not feel psychologically safe.
This project focuses on strengthening the Speak Up culture by developing workshop materials. Our Culture MFT members will collaborate with functional teams and managers to facilitate these sessions, helping create a safer, more open, and supportive workplace environment.
