We have a team of 16 employees from various business functions forming a Culture Multi-Functional Team. This volunteer-based team is nominated by senior leadership and serves as an action learning group. Based on feedback from the My Working Environment Survey, we identified three key initiatives that impact all employees. To address these, we divided the team into three project groups, each working to bridge gaps and strengthen our workplace culture.
