Thakur KARAN SINGH, born 28th October 1928, Double Tazimi Noble of Jaipur, Thakur Saheb of Jahota, became the Thakur of Jahota at the age of three years, the Thikana was under the court of wards from 1930/1932 till 1948, educated at Mayo College, Ajmer; worked as a Manager in Assam Frontier tea company, married Thakurani Padam Kanwar, daughter of Thakur Sher Singh of Balunda, and had issue, one son and four daughters. He died 16th June 2007.
