10/01/2024: Sustainability is a balance between profit, people, and planet. For me it means the protection of people and the planet while being able to make money. If you have a company then the culture of your company should try to reach sustainability. Some people believe that making money is the number one thing but, in most cases if you only focus on profit then the other two will fall behind then profit will fall because you need all three to hold each other up. My grandpa would be an example of focusing only on the profit and he would gamble trying to win money. He would gamble so much that he sometimes wouldn't have rent for his house, or he wouldn't have money for himself like he has lost most of his teeth but he won't save up for denchers
10/01/2024: Industry 4.0 is very important to me because it is the time that I'll live through. It is technology at its finest. I have been affected by industry 4.0 a lot because I've been on the internet most of my life and almost all of my information in on the internet. One industry I think will have the biggest impacted on my life is cybersecurity, the reason I think it will be big is that now people have their whole lives on the internet and if they get hacked then they're life could be ruined. Like the recent Microsoft leak a lot of people's info was leaked. Industry 4.0 could make sustainability possible because of the sheer amount technology that it makes.
10/01/2024: An operator is someone that has a jack of all trades for operating machines. I would learn how to operate all different types of machines so that if its ever needed I could help. It is important to have experience as an engineer, operator, and technician is because you know how each job works and it would be easier to work with other people since you know how they work.
