Neath Athletic Spartans are a Social Walking Rugby Team that provide an inclusive low/no impact activity that offers fun fitness and friendship to all in our community.

Our Team is mixed gender (male & female) and mixed-ability. No previous experience is needed: All are Welcome 👍

Our Team provide an inclusive fun activity that helps to maintain and enhance the Health, Well-being & Social connectivity of our community.  

Feel free to come along and give it a go. We are a very welcoming, supportive and friendly group.

We practice & play at Cwrt-Herbert playing fields, 6-7pm on a Monday (during the Spring, Summer & Autumn [- except bank holidays]). Come join in the fun 😊
