The product was designed to address the inefficiencies and health risks farmers face with traditional grain cleaning methods. Our goal was to make a machine that automates the winnowing process, saving time and energy while providing a safer working environment.
To create this product, we collaborated on every stage, starting with gathering feedback directly from farmers to understand their needs and challenges. We conducted in-depth research to find suitable materials that would ensure both durability and reliability. The machine's components were carefully selected and designed to deliver optimal performance at a low cost. Using SolidWorks, we visualized the design and conducted stress analyses on the parts with ANSYS to refine and enhance the product’s reliability.
By automating a crucial agricultural task, our Harvest Mover Grain Revive Machine has the potential to significantly benefit the farming community, offering a cost-effective, health-conscious solution that improves productivity and convenience in grain processing.
