What does the Pledge do?
What does the Pledge do?
Call for courageous climate leadership in all sectors of society. Urge Napa County governments, the State of California, and Congress to declare a Climate and Ecological Emergency. Vote for those who will work to help.
Mobilize people, resources, science, technology, and businesses, on a scale even larger than that of World War II, to reverse global warming and prevent further catastrophe.
Remove the sources of excess trapped heat responsible for climate change, and increase natural carbon sequestration through responsible stewardship of forests, agricultural lands, and watersheds.
Hold those in positions of power accountable for achieving the goal of net zero climate pollution before 2030!

Meetings Occur As Often as Every Week! Typically, we plan for the week ahead and brainstorm for the next steps on projects! Attend a meeting to see if you are interested in our work! All meetings are Online Through Zoom

Public Comments
NS4CA keeps track of Town Council meeting/other relevant meetings and submits Public Comments very often! Anyone is welcome to do this; usually we draft up a one-page letter and read it aloud to the council!

NS4CA is currently running with only two Co-Leaders as its team, and we would love any additional help! This could be taking notes during the meeting, editing the website, or helping create presentations!
