Pranayama Webinar: 3 Evening Sessions
This workshop introduces you to an integrated Yoga practice consisting of
· Easy-to-do exercises based on yoga for flexibility
· Beginner's Pranayama practices
· Yoga Nidra (Deep Relaxation) to let go of stress and recharge your inner batteries
It can be practiced by people of any age. Pranayama improves lung capacity and lung efficiency; boosting immunity, vitality, mood, and wellbeing. Sustained practice reduces the breathing rate, thereby retarding aging process and promoting longevity.
This is the 94th free and open Pranayama event offered by me. No registration is required. On the days of the webinar, please avoid eating after 2PM and avoid ingesting fluids after 5:30 PM. If you can sit on the ground, it would be nice to have a (Yoga) mat and cushion. Otherwise, you can sit on a chair for pranayama and lie down on a bed or sofa for deep relaxation.
To make it enjoyable for all, please join in time with Zoom Meeting link
