In July 2020, Taylor Swift surprise released her eighth studio album and announced preorders for eight webstore exclusive vinyl variants of the deluxe version of the album. These variants were all given a corresponding number and nickname based off of lyrics in the song lyrics. The one that's given collectors the biggest headache, however, is the No. 1 variant: in the trees.

The next chart it the most visually descriptive version of the chart and the most popular version I've created. While it accounts for the vast majority of pressing, it does stipulate that the pressings stay in the markets that they're intended for. Unfortunately, due to challenges in distribution and shortages that fail to meet demand, copies from the European market have been making their way to the US market as early as 2024.
As a result, please make sure to determine if your copy was meant to be distributed in US markets or European markets. You can do this easily in several ways:
Check if the release has a FBI Anti-Piracy warning or logo.
Most of the releases with the logo are US-releases. There is only one exception to this, which is the European 2023 Brown Marbled release (see below for individual breakdowns).
Check the release's catalog number.
The US release has B0032752-01 printed on it, while the European release has 00602435034881 printed instead.
Check the release's copyright text on the rear cover at the bottom left corner.
