Have a go at adding content on this shared local map

Simplify:

Keep to simple shapes
Basic fractions of shapes
Straight line distances

Extend:

More complex shapes (irregular polygons)
Areas of irregular polygons, comparisons of areas/perimeter (ratios) etc
Get students to go around the school and take their own pictures to add to their My Map
Create their own images using Google Drawings
