The LIES in POHA trial

During the 5-day trial, Mr. Monsor, Mr. Boasberg, and I appeared as witnesses. We all testified under oath and underwent cross-examination. While testifying, Mr. Monsor lied, and his statements were immediately contradicted by Mr. Boasberg, who testified after him.

Most significantly, in the 5 affidavits Mr. Monsor submitted to the POHA proceedings, his lawyers had to present their version of the March 3rd incident. It was during this process that I discovered how Mr. Monsor managed to evade the OM crime investigation.

Let me explain how.

LIE #1: "I didn’t touch."

Day 1, when Mr. Monsor was cross-examined by my lawyer Mr. Wong.  Wong asked whether Mr. Monsor touched V on Mar 3, 2021.  Mr. Monsor denies it, under oath. [Day 1 transcript page 55]

Wong:  "Okay. So it is your evidence that you never touched?"

Monsor: "I didn’t touch."

Wong: "At all?"

Monsor: "at all."

Day 2: when Wong  cross-examined Mr. Boasberg about the incident & SAS reports. [Day 2 transcript page 31 & 75]

Wong: "Now, it goes back to the report itself and the conclusion of the report that that one, that there was a touch. Two, that it would have made the student uncomfortable. And three, this type of context should not occur and is preventable. You confirm that this is the school’s own report? "

Boasberg: "Correct. "

...

Wong: "Okay. So, you will agree that the complaint was not baseless?

Boasberg: "I will agree with that. Yes."

Wong: "You will agree that the complaint was not a false complaint?"

Boasberg:" I will agree."

...

Wong: "Well, alright. Nevertheless, contact took place, that’s proposition one"

Boasberg: "Yes."

Day 4 & 5: In my testimony, I called out the glaring contradictions of Mr. Monsor and Boasberg's words -- so who is lying here?!

LIE #2: The 3 Videos

Under pressure to justify his clearance from the OM crime investigation, Mr. Monsor submitted three videos in his affidavit #3, dated March 21, 2022. In these videos, he and his lawyers crafted a significantly different narrative of the events that transpired on March 3, 2021. According to his new account, the alleged touch did not occur during the initial act of centering the clay but rather during the second act when he was assisting V (approaching her from the right). This version starkly contradicted V's statement and the findings of the two SAS investigation reports.

In his videos, a shorter female was used to portray V. Mr. Monsor's argument hinged on the claim that even if he had touched V, his arm could not have reached the lower leg of the female in question (whose leg was supposedly lower than the pottery rim).

In his affidavit #4, dated April 19, 2022, Mr. Monsor confessed that the videos were actually recorded on May 18, 2021. It is essential to note that he did not file the POHA until August 2021, meaning these videos were, in fact, evidence submitted during the OM investigation. The startling revelation was that all these videos were entirely fabricated. Here's why.

LIE #3: "Now who pointed out the website to you?"

Day 1, when Wong cross-examined Monsor on who told him about the petition site, he replied "High School principal Mr. Lee (sic)".   [Day 1 transcript, page 48]

This is a lie, High School Principal Mr. Ly had left SAS in June, 2021 (as confirmed later by Mr. Boasberg's testimony), and the petition website was published in August, 2021.

So who did?!

LIE #4: "If you search Monsor's name, the petition website would show up"

Both Monsor's affidavit (Feb 19, 2022) and Boasberg's affidavit (Feb 19, 2022) said that my petition website would show up if you search Mr. Monsor's name in google.com, hence, the website "identified him".

Boasberg: "The Website, moreover, appeared to be structured in such a way that a Google search that entered the Applicant’s name resulted in the Website being the first link returned by the search. I experienced this myself when I entered the Applicant’s name in August 2021 into a Google search and the first result that appeared was the Respondent’s Website. "

Monsor: "Finally, when I came to be aware of the Website and the allegations being made against me, I did conduct a Google search on my own name. I do this from time to time to see what publicly available information there is about myself online. I also do similar searches on other people from time to time. When I entered in my name, the Website appeared as the first ‘hit’, i.e. it appeared at the top of the list of the search results for my name. "

This is a lie.  I didn't even know Mr. Monsor's name or spelling until he filed a lawsuit against me, and my petition site has no mention of his name, so a Google keyword search with his name couldn't possibly land the petition site.  Their lawyers need to take Google Adwords training.

New Fact: Mr. Monsor's Height

Mr. Wong asked Mr. Monsor's height, and he said "1.68 meters".  (or 5"5 feet).  [Day 1 Trial transcript, 11am, page 21].

This fact will be very important to show that Mr. Monsor & lawyers have lied in the OM crime investigation

"Best-in-class standard" ?!!

Day 2: Mr. Boasberg said that SAS aspires to have the best-in-class HR practices, and later on he also confirmed that Mr. Monsor was not suspended even in August, 2021, when there was an active Police investigation of a crime of OM. [Day 2 Trial transcript, page 21]

Boasberg: "The whole point of having the Head of Human Resources, the Head of Child Safety, the Principal of the School, was to ensure that the claim was heard fairly, thoroughly, in line with essentially the best-in-class standards worldwide---"

...

Wong: "Okay. I would suggest to you that that is factually correct. Mr Monsor had suffered no real consequences. Would you agree? "

Boasberg: "I do not."

Wong: "He remained employed?"

Boasberg: "That is correct."

Wong: "And he was not even suspended."

Boasberg: "That is correct."

...

Mr. Monsor was not even suspended during the entire 6-month criminal investigation by the Police.  "Best in class"??!!
