SAS Investigations and Cover-ups
The touch
My husband and I were not allowed to go into SAS ceramics room after the incident and during the legal proceedings. So we had to go to an outside ceramics classroom to depict the touch. In this picture, V was sitting next to the pottery wheel, and I pretended to be Mr. Monsor, kneeling next to her, and my right arm rested on her left thigh. She was wearing school's uniform as on Mar 3, 2021 so the touch was skin-to-skin.
She was also physically restrained in that position, and couldn't move, and the touch lasted for the entire duration of "centering the clay". Even for an experienced teacher, that was at least 20 seconds.
The instructor should sit in his own chair, and rest his arms on his OWN legs. Why did Mr. Monsor tell V to remain seated?!
I'm enclosing a number of my correspondence with SAS, the Investigation reports they shared with me. We had good experiences with SAS prior to this incident, but mishandling of the case and the ensuing cover-up completely destroyed our trust in SAS and its leadership.

V's written statement
On April 8, 2021, she wrote down a statement describing the incident. We timed the touch at home as "20 seconds" because that's how long centering clay would take.

The file shortly disappeared from SAS file server

SAS 1st Investigation Report
Sent to us by SAS High School principals on Apr 20, 2021. It didn't explain "the heavy breathing".

SAS confirms "Child Safeguard training"
Email correspondence confirming Mr. Monsor had taken the "Child safeguard training" offered by SAS

SAS 2nd Investigation Report
Sent to us on Apr 23, 2021. It explains the heavy breathing as "a breathing technique" Mr. Monsor uses while working on clay. (??)

"Is this Sexual Harassment?"
On April 29, 2021, in front of 7 witnesses, Mr. Boasberg said that this is NOT sexual harassment even if all facts were according to V.
We wrote this email to document this critical moment of Mr. Boasberg's stance on the matter. This was the last straw, and we had to file a Police report.
The TSMP Cover-up
On May 4, 2021, after we filed the Police report (May 1), SAS hired TSMP, a law firm in Singapore to provide "an independent investigation" of the incident. TSMP didn't interview V. They were asked to investigate whether Mr. Monsor's behaviors were "inappropriate", which SAS didn't have a definition of. TSMP report wasn't given to us, and only a TRUNCATED version was shared to the SAS parents in August, 2021, after my petition.
After I received a truncated TSMP report in August, I asked for the missing Annex B. A Table of content was sent to me (??!!!)
Annex B contains: a) V's written statement, b) 2 SAS Investigation Reports, and notably, NO SAS HR definition.
Why was TSMP hired?

The missing files: Annex B
When I asked for the full TSMP report from SAS, they only gave me a Table of Content ? ?
