The Public Information Office of the Los Santos Police Department is tasked with informing the public of large-scale events, department newsletters, other important announcements, and community events. Some specialties of the Public Information Office include: incident releases, social media, department newsletter, public events, and freedom of information requests.
The Public Information Office creates and sponsors events in our local community to foster community interaction, build trust and transparency, and coordinate public service goals.

Community organizations looking to have a community-orientated presence from the Los Santos Police Department should contact to the Public Information Office to inquire and coordinate information.

The Public Information Office is tasked with providing news releases regarding large-scale incidents involving the Los Santos Police Department or within the Los Santos Police Department response area.
The Public Information Office accepts applications from all members of the Los Santos Police Department at/or above the rank of Police Officer I. Our other requirements are:
No Letters of Reprimand in the last 60 Days
No Disciplinary Suspension in the last 90 Days
Good Standing with LSPD COC
