Dr. Nadezhda Kukharchyk
I graduated Belarussian State University in 2010 from the chair of Semiconductor Physics and Nanoelectronics unde supervision of N. I. Gorbachuch, N. A. Poklonski and A. Kovalevskiy (NTLab systems).
My diploma thesis are on mismatch modelling in CMOS RF circuits.
My first bachlor theses were on impedence spectrocopy of sol-gell SiO2 matrices on presence of different fluids.
My second term theses were on design of a PLL with franctional dision and compesative charge-pump (at NTLab Systems).
I did my PhD theses on implantation and characterisation of rare-earth spin ensemble at Ruhr-University Bochum, chair of Applied Solid State Physics under supervision of Prof. A. D. Wieck.
In 2015 I joined group of Jun.-Prof. P. A. Bushev as a posdoc where I worked on optical and microwave coherence of rare-earth spin ensembles at millikelvin temperatures.
In 2020 I have recieved the START Fellwoship from MCQST with which I have joined the Walther-Meißner Institute and have started building own team.
our focus is on microwave properties of rare-earth spin ensembles and realisation of microwave quantum memory.
