Pool Rules For M West II
π¨ WARNING - No Lifeguard On Duty! Swim at your own risk. π¨Dial 911 in case of emergency. Pool use limited to occupants of a dwelling in good standing with the M West II HOA, Inc. Occupants of homes where the member is delinquent in payment of assessments, fines, or penalties, or that are currently in violation of the covenants, rules, or regulations, are not permitted to use the pool or other amenities.All children under 12-years old must be accompanied by an adult (18 or older), parent, or guardian while at the pool. Unescorted children under 12-years old will be asked to leave the pool area immediately. Each parent or guardian accompanying a minor child shall be responsible for the conduct and supervision of such child.No Diving.No smoking in the pool area.No glass, metal, or hard plastic items, sharp objects, or hazardous materials in the pool area or clubhouse.All bathers must shower before entering the pool.No food or drink allowed within four feet of the pool edge.Unattended, solo bathing is prohibited.No running or boisterous or rough play.No spitting or nose blowing in the pool.Persons with contagious illnesses or infections should not enter the pool.Persons with open lesions or wounds should not enter the pool.No animals or pets allowed in the pool area.Any incontinent person or any person who is not toilet trained must wear rubber pants and/or a swim approved diaper under his or her swimsuit. No music in the pool area after 10:00 P.M.A first aid kit and emergency phone are located at the far end of the pool by the storage closet.All pool patrons agree to respect others at all times and to reduce noise levels if asked by neighbors.Up to four guests are allowed per home, and all guests must be accompanied by an adult resident at all times.Residents and guests shall drink responsibly in the pool area.Hours of operation: sunrise to 11:00 p.m.

Clubhouse & Pool Policy
Rental required when residents are hosting more than four guests per home in the pool and/or clubhouse areas. Maximum number of guests allowed at an event: 40. The owner assumes 100% responsibility for all guests.The owner is required to remain at the event to supervise guests until all guests have left the property. Homeowner and guests must abide by all posted signage at all times.Pool reservations are approved on a first-come basis.
MAINTENANCE FEE AND DEPOSITSA maintenance fee will be assessed to all rentals as listed below. The clubhouse must be cleaned after use and left in the same good condition it was prior to the party. The HOA reserves the right to levy additional charges for any required extra cleaning or damages and/or to apply all or part of the deposit for this purpose.Maintenance Fee: $150Deposit: $500
