M WEST II REALTOR POLICIES
Realtors are very welcome on our property!
Sellers' Agents and Current Owners:

Owners must contact CMA once they have signed a listing agreement with a realtor and provide the realtor's name and phone number for CMA to add to the M West II gate directory for access.

M West II's Declaration requires owners provide written notice to the HOA Board both before and after close to notify the Board that (a) their home is in the process of being sold and (b) their home has been sold.

Only one window "For Sale" or "For Rent" sign is allowed per M West II home. See community documents for details.

Buyers' Agents and New Owners:

Please email our CM with new buyers' contact information so they can be added to the gate directory for access.
Please also complete and return your/clients' Occupant Information Sheet to CMA and the M West II Contact Information Form to the HOA/CMA as soon as possible. Closing attorneys will provide both documents at close, but faster turn around will make the transition to M West II even easier and ensure all utilities are set up on time.

M WEST II RENTALS
Rentals: Up to 25% of units per Declaration

"At least seven (7) days prior to entering into the lease of a Unit, the Owner shall provide the Board with a copy of the proposed lease agreement."
