Our homeowners association is operated and governed by your neighbors who volunteer to serve as the Board of Directors. The Board is elected annually by our community to oversee the daily functions and financial responsibilities of the HOA.
The HOA Board meets monthly in the Clubhouse-- homeowner and resident attendance is encouraged! *April 2020+: Via Zoom*

You are responsible for compliance with the Covenants and Bylaws of the HOA and for abiding by the rules in the community's handbook.
Please do not begin any exterior work without prior approval from the ARC/BOD, or you risk citation and may be required to alter or remove changes at cost to you.
Interior changes not visible from the outside of your home do not need pre-approval, but you may want to let immediate neighbors know what is going on if noise could be an issue.
M West II's exterior paint colors are listed on the CMA site, the Google Drive, and on Sherwin-Williams' website under Homeowners Association Color Archive.
